Although I encourage a completely virtual model of business support. I can offer an initial face to face meeting and an occasional visit to your office location if you feel the work warrants this.  Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY CALLS

When you decide to work with Michelle Maple Business Associates, you will be encouraged to participate in a weekly catch up call to update on progress of projects, workload etc.  This is recommended (although not essential for some clients) to help us both stay organised and efficient.  This can be organised at a set regular time each week or at ad hoc times to fit your schedule.

WEEKLY TIMESHEETS

In order for you to keep up to date on the amount of hours support being provided, I will send you a summary at the end of each week.  Invoices will then be issued on the last Friday of each month.

I know I need help, but I’m not quite sure how much!

Don’t worry, so many clients past and present have contacted me in the exact same position.  My advice is to always start off having a call to discuss which areas are troubling you, where you feel you are sinking and desperately need help.  I can then offer tips and suggestions of how I can reduce this worry and reduce your workload.  Often once we get in to a routine a client will often find other tasks that I can help with that they had not initially thought of.

Are you able to organise my calendar and arrange board meetings, events etc?

Absolutely, I can manage your meeting invites, schedule 1-1’s, Board Meetings, video calls, team building events, dinners and get togethers and any other meetings you may need help with.  I can source venues and restaurants too.

Are you able to monitor my email as when travelling or in back to back meetings, this is an area I really struggle with.

I can monitor your inbox, send emails on your behalf, set-up filing systems, filter emails for junk and respond to meeting requests.

How do I send work to you for actioning?

Everyone has their own method for this, but I find the best way ideally is to set an email account up for me to run that is in your company name – this puts across a professional and clean image where you can forward any items that need actioning and also copy me on any emails you are responding to

What are your working hours and days?

I work Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 however do offer flexibility on this.  Some clients work with clients based in different time zones too, so I am more than happy to accommodate this in my working pattern.

How soon can we start working together?

Depending on my current workload we can look to start getting up to speed together as soon as you need support.  Once a contract is signed, I will forward you a key client information sheet, which I use to collect all useful information in one go (eg. key contacts, home address, travel preferences, BA membership numbers etc) to minimise the number of times I need to bother you for information.  Alongside this we will work on getting the IT infrastructure in place, then we are ready to go!
